      UMA really does walk the talk when it comes to student support. Caring and supportive teams who genuinely care about the work they do and collaborate with kindness and thoughtfulness. Leadership is accessible and open to new ideas, especially when it comes to innovation and digital strategy. There are always opportunties to take ownership of projects and develop oneself professionally, even in a fast-paced work environment. The work culture created here values trust and empowering people to do thier best work. From day one, UMA has always felt like a work envionment that's safe and something to be proud to be a part of.

      Cons

      As UMA continues to grow, many teams are operating at full capacity while still delivering strong results. Creating a clearer, long-term growth plan for high impact areas (expecially those tied to brand visibility and student engagement) would help maintain momentum and help reach even more opportunities! Because UMA is scaling quickly, making sure teams have the right structure and resources will support sustainable success as goals expand.
