- Managers that truly care about you - WFH - Hours can be flexible the more tenured you become

Cons

- Some students get consistently called and then get upset - Mandatory Saturdays every 3 weeks; can't use PTO for this; must switch with a co-worker (on the same team) to have that Saturday off

Where do I start? Favoritism runs rampant in this company. There are several teams that have old time employees who haven’t left and are bullies. You are overworked and underpaid. The benefits are absolutely terrible. Do not work here.
