      Pros

      Salaries are fairly good for the Tampa market. There can be good advancement prospects when business is doing well.

      Cons

      The most senior level of management is not as capable as they think. There seems to be no understanding that bringing in students who can barely read or use math results in higher cost per student.

      Pros

      The Benefits were exceptional, the Supervisors were always ready to assist and to listen. The growth opportunity in a positive learning environment made for a pleasant experience.

      Cons

      The commute was long for me. When I arrived at the parking lot there is still a bus ride to get to the hospital which is time consuming.
