Amazing Compay

Pros

Incredible Leadership that made me feel supported as a CSR. The customers were also unusually pleasant, it was rare to have an irate or abusive customer. The discount is incredible. I was really sad to leave once my seasonal position ended. It was one of my favorite jobs.

Cons

While my seasonal contract was extended it did ultimately end. That is honestly the only con I can think of with this company.

Thank you for taking the time provide feedback on your experience working on our seasonal team. While we are unable to convert or retain most of our seasonal workforce we hope you know how truly valuable your work and contributions are to our business and how we simply could not do it without you. We also appreciate your acknowledgement of our management team and base pay. We certainly strive to offer as many opportunities as we possibly can for long-term seasonal work or inviting team members back for subsequent seasons because as you said we do truly care for our entire team. Best of luck to you and we hope to see you back for season this year! Best, Director, People Team Uncommon Goods
