Thank you for taking the time provide feedback on your experience working on our seasonal team. While we are unable to convert or retain most of our seasonal workforce we hope you know how truly valuable your work and contributions are to our business and how we simply could not do it without you. We also appreciate your acknowledgement of our base pay and do strive to offer as many opportunities as we possibly can for long-term seasonal work or inviting team members back for subsequent seasons. Best of luck to you and we hope to see you back for season this year! Best, Director, People Team Uncommon Goods

Pros

Good people and good pay. CEO talks to all employees and seems to actually care. Employee discount and opportunities to make more money pulling longer hours in the busy season.

Cons

Very disorganized. Unequal distribution of work. Associate turn around is wayyy too high. Supposedly a B Corp trying to give opportunities to the underserved without any actual training in how to keep those opportunities. Aka you do one thing wrong or upset the wrong supervisor and you’re fired. Not enough help where it’s needed most in shipping & supplies because it’s harder work. Lack of training leads to dangerous situations.
