      Hi! Thank you for sharing your feedback and we are pleased to hear you had a positive experience with us. This year was a difficult year with the pandemic and we wanted to show that we appreciated your efforts with our “Thank You Pay” and attendance bonus and other pay initiatives offered. We were also taking extra precautions with COVID-19 such as having the windows open to our building to allow for plenty of ventilation which unfortunately led to a colder environment. Our season is unfortunately also very fast-paced which is why we have so many things going on at once since our demand increases so much. We are still grateful to hear you had a great and fun experience and were able to learn new things. Thank you for your hard work with Uncommon Goods!
