Pros

Friendly coworkers, management really cares, free fruit, awesome pay, the CEO is involved and accessible, great location.

Cons

Office is kind of cramped (I guess it depends on what department you are in). Only a seasonal position, not a lot of opportunities to become permanent

Pros

The people at UncommonGoods are some of the most creative and compassionate people I've encountered in my career. I felt very welcome as a new employee and was quickly integrated into the fabric of the organization. There are many opportunities to build a great career at UncommonGoods regardless of your field. Management cares about the team and continuously seeks feedback from the team members in an attempt to improve both the business and the overall culture.

Cons

Working for a relatively small organization that is ever changing can be somewhat demanding. However, personal time is respected.
