Pros

This place puts high value on the employee experience and the customer experience. This is the only place I've worked where what the CEO says and what he tries to do is the same thing. The managers are patient and helpful (though sometimes stressed) and they hired a great seasonal team, including me! Everyone I met during my time at UG was kind and friendly, no matter how busy the day became.

Cons

I wish that I could have stayed past December, but the business slows down tremendously after Christmas.

Pros

Very friendly environment, able to wear what you want, the pay is extremely well. Everyone is laid back even management is laid back. CEO of the company even woks around to converse with employees. They strongly believe in work hard play hard the company always give company lunches and serve good food.

Cons

Really only hire for the season. So you will most likely never get a permanent position. They will call you again when the season picks up if you were a good worker but that's about it.
