Pros

Super flexible work hours and really cool opportunities to be involved in brand events and product launches. Benefits were great. If you're a self starter, having such a vast team presents unique opportunities to learn more about the overall business and how things work and how things get done.

Cons

Very difficult to grow within the company unless you are at one of the Headquarters. Real growth opportunities for remote employees are hard to come by and you have to be scrappy and innovative to find ways to even be in the conversation. A lot of emphasis on "the team" from the top, but not a lot of action to support that emphasis.
