Decent for minimum wage

Pros

Easy skills to learn, friendly staff, knowledgeable management, fair employee discounts

Cons

Employee hours are based off of sales and traffic. If a minimum of hours are needed for you, you may not be able to meet your hour requirement on a weekly basis. Especially on off-seasons. Mandatory training wasn't emphasized, but most of it is product knowledge training. It's all to increase employee product awareness, but it's long and tedious. It's retail.. Not much room for growth, definitely short-term.
