Pros

Easy to move around, good discount, flexible schedule, AMAZING co-workers

Cons

Complete lack of business structure. There is no real overarching leadership. Everyone reports into their own funnels and contradicts each other all the time. It's impossible to actually enact change. There is just a lot of missing systems and information because it grew too fast.

Pros

-Benefits -Stock Plan -Employee Discount -Teammates within stores are the hardest workers in retail!

Cons

-Upward growth non-existent for Store Managers, makes it difficult to keep them engaged -Zero growth opportunities for multi-unit leadership within the retail field organization -Culture within retail field is tough due to limited pay at the store level and repeated “fire drills” that eventually fall on the shoulders of store teammates -Zero work life balance -HR absolutely not aligned, does not take swift action.
