Pros

Physical workplace Fellow new Associates Easy to get hired permanently

Cons

Environment not very welcoming Some members of call center leadership not helpful in assisting you to resolve customer issues Takes too long to advance out of the Call Center and into an area of the company you're actually interested in working in

Pros

Discount 30-50% off on athletic clothes.

Cons

Very little hours, they are always over staffed, you will get as little of 3 hours a week sometimes. If you work the shipment shift which is usually from 5:30am-1:30pm the manager won't allow you to take any 10 minutes break other than your 30 minute lunch because we need to be done with everything by a certain time. By law we have the right to get two tens for every 8 hours worked. I was part time and when they decided to laid me off they told me on my last worked shift.

Fun but minimal pay

Pros

Fun environment, laid back, and easygoing.

Cons

Minimal pay for the amount of work. No benefits as part time. Employee discount was 50% off but dropped down to 30% with no pay increase. Sales lead position is pretty much a manager without the pay or benefits. You do everything the managers do, open the store, manage the store, and close the store, do reports, and manage store statistics. On top of working 40hrs a week even though your part time and being a manager you get no full time benefits or the same pay. Assistant managers got $14 a hour plus full time benefits but sales lead gets $10hr and no benefits.
