Pros
I enjoyed working for a company that really just wanted to win. It gave employees a lot of autonomy, if they wanted it, to make an impact. While UA isn't a perfect meritocracy they do try to reward greatness through project bonuses and the likes. UA truly has some of the best talent in Baltimore to learn from mixed throughout the company from design to tech. Sometimes you might have to look for it, but it's there I promise you, and those people keep the company going. Finally, the location is great! Right on the water with one of the best views of the Baltimore Inner Harbor
Cons
The company grew really quickly so there are quite a few dysfunctional teams to say the least. It's the result of promoting and hiring quickly. To managements credit they are continually adapting, but there definitely is internal turmoil in some teams trying to figure out how to grow with the company.
