Pros

Great fast-paced culture where everyone drinks the Kool-Aid. Casual work attire and company parties.

Cons

Very low pay for industry standards. Revolving door of VP's and Executives who come in and change strategy, then leave before being implemented. Forced to take on other employees full time positions who are laid off, with no talk or expectation of further compensation. Make you feel as if you aren't a team player if you don't accept other job responsibilities, in which many cases have nothing to do with what you were hired for initially. Leadership very detached from the day to day. Many execs are part of the "boys club" and are rarely seen in office or cascading down strategy or brand initiatives.

Pros

If you are under 30 and enjoy a college like atmosphere this is the place for you. They carry the philosophy work hard play harder so it's usually a good time. However, if you are a professional and expect a somewhat professional environment don't waste your time.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Avoid starting in the call center it is a trap and very few people get out. However, there is an expectation in some departments that you wear certain brands and look a certain way or you won't even be considered.
