Disappointing

Pros

Ability to have a healthy lifestyle/fitness be integrated with your daily work routine.

Cons

The treatment of employees is not great. The company lacks direction and the ability to honestly look into what needs to change. Design teams are very outdated. There are people who are hard workers and are always looking how to do something better, but the vast majority are the people who are content with status quo. The product design truly reflects this. Also, too many layers in management and not enough people to do the actual work. Very top heavy.
