All about the culture

Pros

The company has a great culture and strives to promote this in all facets of the job. The benefits are very cheap, and the ESPP and 401k match are competitive. Last, but not least, the employee discount is a huge plus! Great upward mobility

Cons

Younger mentality in a company, not very good at forecasting volume or best practices. Most positions are filled at corporate with people straight out of college, leading to many decisions being made by people with little to no practical experience. Lower than market pay on average for both hourly and salaried positions.
