Pros

The benefits are great but I think because the company offers such great benefits they feel like they can pay lower hourly wages.

Cons

Low hourly wages No structured schedule was hired under one store manager with the "rule" being each manager would get a weekend off and 2 Sundays (1 being part of your weekend). Once a new SM came on that all went out the window. Our DM checks the management schedule every month as it's made and never says/asks why the SM is always opening or has almost every Sunday off. No work life balance if you're a FT Manager say goodbye to your personal life
