Pros

Under Armour has great benefits, best-in-class work atmosphere and is one of the up and coming brands in the world. There are plenty of opportunities to grow within the organization and being relocated to different places

Cons

Work life balance is terrible. The business grew way faster than the infrastructure of the organization, so it's not only understaffed but severely affected by lack of tools to get stuff done.

Pros

If you like frat parties, can BS your way through anything, are under 30, and will accept a below market wage to work at a "hip" place, then UA is for you.

Cons

Lack of transparency, development, personal interest in families, below market pay, immature behavior, no leadership or vision, etc. This place has fooled itself and its people. No direction for the company an employees suffer.
