Pros

- Cool events to attend if you are a director or above - Great discounts - but that's a given at most companies - Great health benefits - again a given at most companies - Pockets of down-to-earth people - Kevin Plank is an amazing public speaker - lots of energy with a clear message - Great stock options - again price of admission for any worthwhile company - Bonus - Accountability (double edged sword)

Cons

- Work/Life balance non-existent, if you aren't prepared to give 200% of your life (not just time, I repeat life) and be available 24/7/365 this may not be the job for you - Nepotism/Cronyism - as others have noted, if you aren't in the inner circle don't bank on a promotion - you may get one if you exceed expectations (true for any company) and if your boss fights for your promotion. If and when you get that promotion - negotiate as hard as you can at that point to get the most you can for salary/benefits/bonus/options. - Hero-to-Zero - As others have mentioned you can go from hero-to-zero in no time flat, it's real and you need to be aware of this. I doesn't take much to go from hero-to-zero with the constant turnover - you can have a great boss one minute that supports you and a new boss the next minute who wants to bring in their people. - High turnover - especially at Executive level, this has a huge impact on moral and direction of company which changes frequently based on who's 'in-charge'.

Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth and career advancement The environment is fantastic The company's growth is excellent Excellent benefits

Cons

Fast growth means technology and process does not always keep up. That means that you have to be willing to endure some frustration as the company implements necessary changes. Also must be willing to contribute in areas that you may not normally have to contribute in your given role.

Pros

You get 50 percent off merchandise, but you're only allowed to use it on yourself or "gifts" for other people.

Cons

You have to buy Under Armour clothes to work here (that includes plain black pants. You can't even wear plain black exercise pants (no logos of any other company) until they receive their first paycheck. They scheduled me for my first day on Black Friday, and then sent me home after an hour a half. They said they would schedule me another day and to keep checking online, and then never scheduled me again.
