Good but not great

Pros

great company culture, discount, and benefits.

Cons

With the company growing at the rate it is, there are many new positions posted. The problem I see is that it is very hard to move up from within. I am well qualified with a degree and years of experience outside the company, and continually overlooked. From my viewpoint it almost feels like you have a better chance moving up, if you leave the company, and apply from the outside. Shame it is like that, but needless to say I am now looking for employment outside. The pay is obviously not up to scale with other companies, but with a great culture some people are willing to accept that. Work/life balance is another issue, but that has been talked about enough.
