Pros

-Good for people wanting to get their foot in the door -A lot of opportunities to grow your career -Working in the fitness industry is interesting.

Cons

So many toxic men in management and leadership positions that absolutely do not deserve the title. Very few women because they all leave due to the toxic male environment. Men in the company get away with things that would typically get someone else fired because they are loud and people are scared of them.

Pros

Good opportunity to build your customer relations skills.

Cons

Toxic work environment. There was a lot of favoritism, racism, and sexism at play. Management would pick and choose who they have sales opportunities to grow to based on how well they got along and not so much on performance. Male manages made inappropriate comments to female employees that were very degrading and disrespectful. Complaints were made and nothing was ever done about it because all the managers were white males that were all chummy with each other. Expect a "it is how it is" response.

Pros

Under Armour provided experiences that were impossible to buy. I was in a position to work with some of the largest partnerships and biggest personalities. I loved being able to develop a relationship with key influencers and partners.

Cons

Attrition is a real thing at UA. There are various (persona) reasons that people are leaving UA but what's really difficult is that the company would rather give the work to the other employees as opposed to onboard support. In addition, they have made public announcements that they will not promote individuals unless there is an open head count for advancement and their bonus structure is affected by their hiring processes.
