      Pros

      Easy and satisfactory work. Pleasant employees and overall generally pleased customers as well.

      Cons

      Like any business, chance matters more than ability when it comes to getting promoted sometimes. Sometimes you find yourself in a place where you feel unrewarded for your hard work.

      Pros

      Smartest people I have ever worked with. Some of the hardest workers in the room. Amazing things were done on tight deadlines because it is the UA way. The environment will force you to learn new and challenging things for the business Gave me incredible/irreplaceable on the job experience

      Cons

      Everyone sprints, as fast as they can, without knowing where they are going Work can be siloed Business would flip flop on decisions based off the new Director or VP Preach honesty and transparency, which they provide, for low risk items Upper Management makes promises they forgot or will not cash in when they come due Don't believe that "the people" make a difference. This company will treat you like a number when they need to.

      Incompetent mid level management that are more taskmasters than leaders. No clear direction for the company during these years of under performance and SEC investigation.
