      Inexperienced HR team Lack of training for Managers Violation of laws and practices from managers Uncomfortable work environment Very discriminatory to women and minorities Leadership lacks diversity Low salary No upward growth or training in job learning outside of areas of expertise No work life balance Work from home and leave of absence are at the discretion of your manager A lot of consumption of alcohol served on or off the clock - Safety issue and concern.

We work in the business of sports! Flexibility - we value and serve the communities where we work. Professional Growth - lots of change leads to lots of new experiences.
