Pros

Great place to make your start as a professional. It's a fast growing company that is exciting to be a part of.

Cons

As a result of growing so fast, the design team is a little under staffed. But upper management realizes this, and compensates accordingly.

Pros

Discount. Dress code. CEO is excellent.

Cons

No structure/unorganized, DM and above are all revolving door positions, heavy on external hiring.

Pros

Dynamic with a lot of growth. The Team is incredible smart, energetic and talented.

Cons

Burn out and taking advantage of employees. Many are consistently going above and beyond without having defined career paths, salary adjustments, direction or adequate coaching.
