Pros

Discounts on merchandise, Scheduling was flexable, it was not that demanding of a job. You could get days off for a vacation fairly easily

Cons

bad management, high turnaround, they make you spend your own money on their clothes before you can start working there, that includes shoes. You do get a discount, but still. That is something that should be free if required.

Pros

Under Armour has great benefits and is a family oriented company with a strong growth rate to match its work ethic.

Cons

The company can be a little too political at time and require extra effort to get relatively simple concepts approved at times.
