Pros

Great advancement opportunities within the retail field. Upper management is readily accessible to employees. Great product and relaxed work setting.

Cons

Change or die is an unfortunate management approach. Break neck speed is the minimum speed allowed with this company. Though change is necessary, there is often not enough time to see if an idea was successful over the long term.

Good company, but very Nepotistic!

Pros

Great Company, great benefits if you are hired on direct with the company. Plenty of opportunity for overtime for the hourly employees.

Cons

The compensation does not make up for how many hours are worked in the Distribution Warehouse environment for Salaried employees. It is a good company, but the Rialto, CA location is controlled by a lot of nepotism!

Pros

Beautiful campus. Growing company. Great events such as Armour Day, Town Halls, etc.

Cons

The expectation to work hard, play hard does not always jive with where the employee is at in their life (for example, if you had kids or other obligations).
