Pros

Great co-workers within service minus management. Interactions with customers. There is not many pros in this company except that it's a job!

Cons

If I wasn't desperate to provide for my family I wouldn't be here. I have had 6 so called promotions started from unloader/warehouse worker, DSS which is a "supervisor" position where you make less than everyone in the company, to being thrown into to a route with just these words of wisdom "don't crash!" And "good luck". No training what so ever! To then being "promoted" to a "COMMISSION" route which by the way wasn't. Worked about 14 hr days no OT not even a thank you for busting your hump! Then taking the DSS position to now becoming an RSR to a the 2nd highest paid route...well not only have I been lied to again, but now I have been cheated out of money that is owed to me and management is fully aware and there's no sense of urgency to get this squared away. That's not even half the story! Thanx guys! I'm glad to be here getting taking advantage of. Oh did I mention you work ridiculous hours and not compensated for it!

Pros

Impressive training program although grueling. Reasonable benefits. Might be a good opportunity if you are new to sales to "learn the ropes" but I would suggest to keep looking at other job opportunities as soon as your training is over.

Cons

No consideration or adjustments in expectations/quotas based on territories. All territories are not created equal. Micro managed. *Extremely* high pressure sales position. Management is relentless.

Pros

Industry leader, name recognition, decent benefits.

Cons

Horribly micro managed at all levels. Management does not trust any of their employees. Extremely dated technology which your activity logging is based on. Extremely high turn over in sales reps. In a year, I have 15 sales reps come and go. Micro management makes it difficult to utilize time selling vs logging activity.
