Pros

Great training program (on paper) support from corporate level is great.

Cons

Work-life balance is non-existent. Salary is very low compared to other companies in the industry. Paid federal minimum for mileage only, no vehicle allowance. Long hours, you are required to do paperwork, quotes, prepare presentations in your own time (not Mon-Friday 8-5) If you miss an hour or two during your work day, our pay is docked (although we are labeled exempt) but they won't give credit for the hours worked in the evenings/weekends. Local management is a joke. The communication between sales/service is non-existent, creating a nightmare for the end-user. Training program is great on paper, but trying to get your manager to implement it is a chore in itself. Long hours, high stress for little reward.

Thank you for the feedback. We strongly believe in helping our Team Partners to grow and it always saddens us whenever any UniFirst Team Partner feels that their experience in our organization is a negative one. Perhaps you can utilize our Open Door Policy and have an open conversation with your Manager about your concerns.

Pros

None that I could see other than a weekly paycheck. Maybe an ok temp job if you are desperate.

Cons

Micro managed, stupid sales meetings, joke of a bonus program, drivers ruin your sales after the fact, etc

It always saddens us to lose a Team Partner. Moving forward, we hope you’ve found a much better fit for yourself – one that meets each and every one of your expectations.

Pros

They do you give you a great mileage check and you get paid every week.

Cons

The Training was awful, no one to guide you or ask questions. Just threw you in a room and figure it out on your own. Long script to learn. IF you don't like to be micro manage this is not the place to work. They want to know your every move.

It saddens us to hear that you feel you did not get the support you required. Moving forward, we hope you’ve found a much better fit for yourself— one that meets each and every one of your expectations. We wish for you a bright and successful future.
