Pros

Provides initial and ongoing training.

Cons

Management applies same sales metrics for all territories regardless of market opportunity. Always assumes the problem is the Sales Rep, not the territory. Sales cycle can be long, yet Sales/Branch Mgrs can change territories on a whim. Sales Mgr turnover high as well (think 18 mos). Emphasis on "boots on the ground" which can result in fewer sales opportunities per Rep.

Pros

If you are a man, you will be hired, re-hired and/or promoted to positions that you are not qualified for.

Cons

Certain departments are expected to follow all the rules while others are treated like kings and that they can do no wrong no matter which policies or procedures they break on a daily basis.

Pros

Coworkers, and the job itself is great.

Cons

Management needs training in management. The service is terrible at this branch and the reputation is well known.
