      not many to list here

      Cons

      no support from management, antiquated everything including reporting tools and systems, churn for drivers who basically account for your sales is unreal. You're basically f'd if you work here.

      Some opportunity for advancement, decent pay and laid back culture (family atmosphere).

      Cons

      Old school in terms of the sales and service processes and greatly needs an overhaul. Managers lack training,keen business acumen and education. The company may need to consider bringing in more M.B.A grads and experienced M. B. A managers who can be a catalyst for growth and overall company (or branch) growth. Additionally, a move toward providing current century sales and methodologies would help improve sales and reduce turnover.

      mixed message of expectations.stuck in the 70's with method of paperwork. worst leadership i have ever witnessed or heard of in sacramento, ca, and region.constant turnover. dont hire from within. bring in unsuccessful reps with other companies and put them in management.completely disorganized from the branch manager to admin. lots of talk no action.not capable of delivering what your trained to sell. a professional embarrasment to work there. will never be able to sell to any of those business' again in other industry. had commissionns paid to other reps. constant mistakes with my paycheck. totally dishonest
