Pros

training online many managers new building updates

Cons

Prepare to be constantly told by senior executives that despite increasing sales over a million dollars a year, that for some technical reason you will not qualify for yearly bonus. But only way they talk you into position is to offer a bonus to make up for low pay. The make excuses why you don't qualify. Staff is suffering in plant 95-105 degrees as they sit in AC office and crunch numbers on why staff isn't working hard enough.

Pros

Decent pay some times days could be short.

Cons

Can work long days Holliday schedules sucks if you don't have help to run 2 days of route in 1. And company will have you take the blame personally to keep there image intact. But only true for when I worked there at my location iv heard other locations are different. But pay is not worth it when you work 70 to 80 hours a week and you get weekends off but you gotta rest up to be ready for any long days during the week. Salary is based on a 40 hour week and you will work double that.

Pros

The pay isn’t too bad. No weekends.

Cons

Management does not listen to concerns. Policies are only followed for disciplinary reasons. Excuses are made to account for lack of follow up and accountability. Even minor issues are ignored until they fester and passed round like a hot potato.
