Pros

Good salary, ok benefits. I am trying to get the 5 word minimum and I am stuck.

Cons

Supporting applications is not bad, but the change process will kill you soon. Lot of red tapes created by the Upper Management in a knee-jerk reaction. Have to go through the meeting once in a week to just update a column in production table, may be flipping a feature flag. Sometimes makes your blood boil. You join as a developer and you will retire as a developer, no career growth. If you want visibility of what you are doing you should be in Boston, MA head office.

Pros

Its an easy job, not difficult or challenging at all. good "cruise" job until you find something worth pursuing.

Cons

No structure, no standards, no long term plans/commitment. Everything is done last minute with MINIMAL budget. They expect maximum results with minimal compensation. Every location threatens union and they should. None of the salary people I met actually wanted to work there, all of them are constantly applying to other positions. Long hours, lots of weekends. They refuse to automate and refuse to increase pay. They are a Bottom Line company. If it doesnt make them money they dont do it. They provide the minimum to customers. Lots of safety issues in the plants. They prey on immigrants, underpay them, make them work in unpleasant environments with no annual raises or increases for inflation. There is little career op unless you live local and get close with mgmt at headquaters. Comp/Benefits are the worst ive seen in 15 yrs of employment. Culture is make the "family" who owns it richer and no values. Very diverse, they only like hiring immagrants and low income families. Cant say much about upper mgmt because you never see them or hear from them. Work life balance doesnt exist. Its work only. be available at all times and treat every task as life or death outcome. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They discuss who do get rid of or how to get rid of people/ positions weekly instead of addressing the problem with a solution. I have never seen a place with such little regard to people.
