Pros

Decent compensation package, local management very supportive. Marketing and support is much more readily available than from competitors. Manufactures a higher end product which makes sales easier.

Cons

You will have zero direction at hire. Given information and a database of clients and then sent on your merry way. If you are successful you will take a HUGE pay cut to move up to management

Pros

I did like my local management. Large product offering competitive in the market. They do put a lot of effort into the sales training.

Cons

Like I said stuck in the past. Unwillingness to streamline and modernize the sales process. Nationwide quotas set for reps, like city x is expensive as city y. Unrealistic! Always told management is their support sales, but never saw the proof. MICRO-MANAGEMENT
