Pros

Working here gives me the feeling of being a professional such as everyone working here has a dress code, and most of the management staff as well as production are polite and cordial to each other, work is near and accesible to my home and my job is less straining and stressfull compared to my other job when i used to work for a glass company, laundry bags and garments are way lighter and less stresfull.

Cons

Sometimes working on our area is kinda imbalanced, some workers tend to sort while others prefer to unload and some just appears to be waiting for their pay checks, sheesh it really get's to me when sometimes other co-workers tend to tell you everything you need to do as if I dont know, just for the sake of being right, some tend to boss you around for their seniority and that they want you to follow through, a co-worker gave me advice to not speak on tagalog while on the work area while him on the other han,d converse in ilocano dialect although we both came from the same country we differ on our main language which he use to converse to co-workers who knows the dialect in order to zone me out of a conversation and make fun of me, well it sucks but sometimes thats life.

Pros

base plus commission car allowance phone allowance

Cons

MICRO MANAGEMENT MICRO MANAGEMENT Blackberry is a tracking device. You input every place you stop, 10 people look at the report the next day of where you were, who you spoke to. They do not tell you who your current customers are for fear of you running to competition with information. Have to sell something every single week, if you dont sell every week an email is sent telling you how awful you are doing and how your zero weeks will not be tolerated. TONS OF STRESS..constant fear of losing job, you feel like you have 10 different people you report to.
