Pros

Decent compensation package, local management very supportive. Marketing and support is much more readily available than from competitors. Manufactures a higher end product which makes sales easier.

Cons

You will have zero direction at hire. Given information and a database of clients and then sent on your merry way. If you are successful you will take a HUGE pay cut to move up to management

Great salary, large territories, and room for advancement

Cons

The service department is treated unfairly, you are not paid commissions until an account is installed which is supposed to take 6 weeks and can take up to 18 weeks making it near impossible to make commissions. Management is weak, unorganized, manipulative, and encourages unethical behavior.
