Pros

Resume Builder if there for 1yr+

Cons

Interview process takes about a month. 3+ interviews & give a presentation. Micro-managed. Gotta enter every call in a sales database so they can know where you're at always. Database is a pain. No residual income. HIGH STRESS SALES JOB. Isn't an sales job were you can slack off 1 day a week. TON OF PAPER WORK. Once hired, there's a 90-day probationary period. You have to: Complete-workbook, memorization, 4 presentations Ride w/route drivers for 4 weeks (5am-3pm) Help pick-up dirty linens Sell $250+ Classroom Training LAST

Pros

The compensation structure is good. Base plus commission with a generous car allowance. Benefits are also good including shared major medical, 401K with employer matching as well as supplemental dental, vision etc. This is a good opportunity for someone starting in their Sales Career or a seasoned professional that likes to work independently. There are many different career tracks in the Company.

Cons

Little cooperation between divisions, such as exchanging data base information for lead generation.
