UniFirst truly fosters a positive, family‑oriented culture where morale is high, encouraging, and collaborative. Compensation is competitive, and I’ve been fortunate to receive several promotions based on performance.       Cons

      Micromanagement like I have never seen before. Miserable place to work. Low pay. Go to Cintas, they actually have real multipliers.
