Cannot seem to figure out how to retain reps

positive work culture - perks at the office - pretty good PTO plan (20 days with 5 rollover)

Cons

upper management is out of touch with reality of sales reps talking to customers. Software for legacy products looks outdated and hard to upsell. 3 year contracts deter new clients.

Pros

Looking to get into a career straight out of University, this was an amazing place to start. The responsibility to set up meetings and sell our platform with people who run universities across the world was an amazing experience. As for the company culture, it was a real privilege to work with such a great group of people! I would encourage anyone to apply for a role at Unibuddy.
