Pros
I recently joined Unidine as a Director in the organization. I love the fact that we are so passionate about our culture and we take a “fresh thinking” approach. Unidine has a really unique value proposition in comparison to the competition – I use to work at ARAMARK. This is probably why they have been experiencing explosive growth! Unidine is a company that values it's customers and team members. The company is definitely fast paced and not for everyone, but I really feel as though there is an opportunity for everyone to make an impact in the business (no matter what level). There are lots of opportunities throughout the organization for professional growth. I wasn't looking, but am so glad I made the move to Unidine.

Fast paced, entrepreneurial environment that encourages creativity. This environment is not for everyone, but I personally love it. We are in growth mode!
