Pros

Ive been given the autonomy to create my own programs within the guidelines. An idea is workable and can come to fruition through the correct chain if you have the idea. This company seeks strong individuals and encourages personal leadership which has been welcomed in my environment.

Cons

Faces change frequently but companies initiatives and programs remain strong to cycle through the waves. Benefits program is not competitive enough to compete with other fresh food pledged comparable companies.
