Pros
I was almost always guaranteed enough hours, and consistently had a flexible schedule. The work environment was really comfortable and fun.
Cons
I didn't really enjoy the way that our company wasn't actually a part of the building we were in. We just catered to them, and on occasion they'd treat us poorly because we weren't technically staffed by them.
