Pros

Welcoming environment, free meal, easy parking.

Cons

low wage, no tip, you do more then take food orders you also have to bus & during breakfast lunch service wash dishes + do all of the typical side work at any other restaurant including running food in the morning lunch/ help other severs not just your station/ section (you will hear alot of can you do this? can you do that). delivery of room service take calls for delivery mop sweep floors polish forks spoons refill shakers/ dressing/ice/trash. There are NO tips! If that's not enough the residents can be very rude pushy. from my understanding there was a end of year bonus but it's not very much definitely not even close to what you can make with tip income a couple of hundred dollars. One 30min break unpaid on a 8 hour shift. The guest are very elderly understanding of that is critical. You will be doing all the typical things at a restaurant without financial reward just keep that in mind. tables that are not your's will call you over for different things you will have to help them. If you like the elderly & don't mind feeling like a volunteer go for it otherwise it's not going to work out. If the company wants to retain more employees for serving they have to pay more then 3 dollars over minimum wage. Pay is every 2 weeks as a server used to getting paid every day it's not going fly the wage is already unlivable.

Pros

The pay is nice. There are continuing education opportunities.

Cons

People are placed in positions that are not necessarily suited for them and their evaluation process is not up to par to build successful leaders

Pros

They have good benefits. The pay is about average for certain positions

Cons

They do not mind stabbing you in the back if it suites them. They do not follow the values they expect their employees to follow. The culture is about competing against each other as opposed to working with each other.
