Pros
Worked with my school schedule Decent pay Easy job Great job for students or if it is your first job Will develop your interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and being confident in uncomfortable situations
Cons
-Management will tell you what you want to hear, not what is honest -I was promised a raise 3-4 times in my time here, with a ranges of .50 to 3 dollars more per hour, but I never received any raise. -Company does not have much sympathy for being sick and managers may become angry at you or threaten to fire you, regardless of a doctors note or how badly you may feel. -Working in the food industry notoriously has bad customers and you will likely receive some mild to medium form of sexual harrassment or negative feedback - They do not provide tips, regardless of what the job posting may say
