Meh... I'm currently overwhelmingly underwhelmed.
Pros
Opportunity for advancement (if you can drink the koolaid and keep it down). Nationwide company (if you can afford to move). There is potential to make Unidine/CCL a great place to work if the company has the guts. I am choosing to remain optimistic at this time.
Cons
*Poor work/life balance for anyone salaried at the unit level. *Severe lack of training for management, there are checklists for the checklists. In their effort to make things "easier", they actually just make it infuriating and extremely bureaucratic. All of their processes wreak of CYA for corporate. *Seems to be a salary disparity between men and women, especially if you're younger. *The CEO put a QR code on the screen during a call that led to this survey and told us to fill it out honestly. Then made an off handed comment that many negative reviews are from folks that had a bad experience and maybe they arent telling the while truth in their review. That whole thought process needs to GO!
