Base pay and bonuses are very good.

Cons

Probably the most toxic work environment due to RVP level and above. Zero support. Zero accountability for inability to lead or have any vision for the client. RVPs will blow through 3-4 DMs in a one year time frame but never take accountability for their mistakes. Quite frankly, they are cowards. Just stay away. The pay may attract you however it’s very common to work months without a day off literally. If you have any values or value integrity, not the place for you
