Fast paced, lots of upward mobility, transparent leadership, open to innovation and experimentation. The CEO and executive team are very reachable - open door policy. The food is phenomenal! - Focused on health and wellness, while allowing local chefs to experiment and create recipes that work for their clients. Great culture - one of the best employee engagement disciplines I've seen in a while. Keep it up!

Cons

If you are looking for a desk job to count down your day hours, this company isn't for you. However, if you are someone who enjoys a start-up culture and wants to contribute and grow, look no further.

Pros

Steady, predictable hours,food produced is better than most other similar companies produce.

Cons

Lies and deceit. If they lose a contract, they will place you at a different location that may be too far or not the same job title you currently have. They will not train you for this position and get upset when you dont know what to do. This is my experience. ymmv
