Pros

- Great fresh food approach program. - Love my facility and residents

Cons

- There are too many higher management without sufficient facility support. All "district management" does is take a smoke break every hour and plan on where they can go for lunch on company's dime. - Rather than spending time with facility staff looking at the operation, corporate/district management spends time on their phone then e-mail facility staff about the stupidest things that they must do (meaningless corporate checklist). - If you want to create a company-wide program, it should come from corporate, NOT from facilities. - Upper management's refusal to admit their own fault: Recipe information is inaccurate, never corrected. Maryland crap soup is over 1000 calories per serving. - Corporate support cannot meet expansion rate

Fresh food concept work well in some accounts

Cons

Company vision is lost. Upper level management is not trustworthy. Over promise to clients without fully understanding the community culture.
