weekly paycheck sometimes tips breaks

Unifi wants to overwork their employees for a "Can't even make ends meet" type of paycheck if you have kids and responsibilities. Thank god i don't, the company will lie and say you will make $100 a day in tips. that is a darn lie you lucky if you make $20 that day in tips, Dispatcher and supervisors and managements sucks as a whole. I advise people do what i do, stack your tips up and checks if you can. resign for better. don't get comfortable with this company turnover rate is high for a reason

Some coworkers and the bond everyone shares in the 7+ years that I've been there.

Cons

Horrible, unsupportive management. Station Manager having personal relations with agents. (LH) Ramp Supervisor sexually harassed a former ramp employee that was 10+ years younger than him who quit due to it and nothing was done about the issue. The supervisor is still employed with the company and HR did nothing to get the girl justice. I was suspended and let go without reasoning after giving the company 7 years of my dedication. Its very unfortunate to see a job that I was so passionate about go down hill because of horrible management and favoritism within. Everything gets swept under the rug. Other station managers from (ABE and MVY) made the work environment worse and hostile because they were close with PWM station manager and they were the ones who let me go.
