Pros
Great company culture, managers really seem to listen and try to help when they can. Culture is great. People reinforce work and life balance.
Cons
Due to cost cuts, they have been “promoting” a lot of people without a pay raise. I know people working since January on roles above their expertise with no idea of when they will get a raise. Working there for a year and a half, I have never heard of a raise (not even the annual 4% one). On management, even though they try to help sometimes they lack logistics steps and end up adding more to people’s plate instead of helping. Clients ask a lot from you. I developed severe anxiety issues in this company. I’m January, CEO bragged about how 2022 exceeded expectation but fired a lot of people right at the beginning of 2023.
