      Pros

      The culture is unmatched. Everyone works as a seamless unit, from the top down. Management is fair to every individual contributor and will not hesitate to help when it’s needed

      Cons

      Unified gives an opportunity that many other companies cannot. With this in mind, it does require patience and a desire to learn and grow - this could be overwhelming in the beginning, but it is without a doubt worth it.
